These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this Website. Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact our Customer Service Representatives by e-mail.

You are provided with access to this Website in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.

Purchase of products

Orders

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.  

The technical steps required to create the order between you and us are as follows:

· You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.

· We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from buythebest.eu.

Please note that the price quoted for each item on the Site should be regarded as an invitation for offer and should not be regarded as an offer. Your order is an offer for purchase, which will be accepted when buythebest.eu confirms your order. There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Buythebest.eu reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

· The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.

· Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.

· The identification of a pricing or product description error.

· You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions. 

 We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

· We will accept your order after it is fully paid

· As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email.

· Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Description of products

Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order acceptance policy.  

Typographical Errors

While buythebest.eu strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Buythebest.eu cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, buythebest.eu shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is priced incorrectly, buythebest.eu may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Pricing in Different Currencies

Pricing of products sold by buythebest.eu is based upon figures calculated in EUR (€). Prices displayed in other currencies are converted from EUR according to the most up to date conversion rates. Due to fluctuating currency values, prices displayed in non- EUR denominations of currency on the Site, other than on the individual product page, may not be the most current. Areas of the Site where non-EUR denominations of currency might be inaccurate include, but are not limited to, promotional banners, promotional pages, and information on product category pages. The price displayed on an individual product page, regardless of currency denomination, is the current price you are liable to pay to buythebest.eu, excluding shipping.

Taxes on imported goods

We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay what you see on the checkout page, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.
However - In most countries in the world you have to pay taxes on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes. The rules are different in every country.
In any one country the rules are often applied differently in different places, and sometimes rather randomly.
We send our goods mainly from our warehouse in Czech republic but sometimes it can be sent also from another country. In this case in Product description you´ll find where will the product be send from. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of any country.
As such we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country.
As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes (e.g. VAT in the UK) then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). Unfortunately we can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it.
If you order goods from us and feel that you've been unexpectedly 'stung' with taxes at your end, please don't blame us.
Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order.
If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways for you to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), we are more than happy to put legal effort and follow your instructions regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc. Just tell us what you need and we will let you know what we can do to help.

Please note that all import taxes / duties are the buyer’s responsibility. 
Buythebest.eu will accept no responsibility for customs costs incurred.
Many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and goods below a certain stated value.
However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you’ve ordered from us arrive in your country.
Obviously you will want this to be as low as possible, but buythebest.eu CANNOT give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.
You must ensure you find out about regulations in your own country before ordering from buythebest.eu. In most countries the actual origin of the goods is not important: only the declared value of the goods and declared contents is relevant.

Buythebest.eu gift vouchers & promotional discounts

1. Buythebest.eu gift vouchers can be exchanged for goods in all buythebest.eu shops, and can also be used to purchase goods online at buythebest.eu.

2. Gift vouchers may not be used for magazine subscriptions, photo printing or software downloads on buythebest.eu.

3. Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.

Promotional discounts

Coupons, discounts and promotional discount codes offered by buythebest.eu are valid only for use as part of a purchase made via buythebest.eu, unless otherwise stated.

Severance

Waiver

No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.

Entire agreement

Nothing in this Clause shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the Conditions.  

Law

The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Czech republic and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Czech republic.
