Why have I not received an Email Confirmation after opening an account and placing an order?

Due to spam filtering software you or your ISP may be using, you may experience a problem receiving our communications, please try one of the following:

- Add the buythebest.eu domain to your accepted emails list.

- Check your trash or spam mail boxes

- Contact your ISP or system administrator to find out how to add us as an accepted email source.

How To Make An Order

Register with Buythebest for free.

Log in your Buythebest account.

Search or browse products, And if you wish to buy them, type a number in the quantity box and click "Add to cart". You can add just one piece item if you want. You can remove them later or adjust the quantities if you change your mind. Products you've added to your shopping cart are saved there while you looking at more items. Your cart is even saved for next time if you log out or accidentally close your browser. When you finish your order go to checkout .

The first checkout page is "address book",you can confirm or change your shipping address and choose shipping method.

The second checkout page you can choose billing method and confirm your billing address.In the textbox "Add Comments", you can add special request for your order.

The third checkout page – you have to confirm your order and make payment.

After that you will receive an automatic email which confirm that we have received your order.

We will begin processing your order when payment is received.

Payment Methods Accepted

Paypal , AlertPay and also cards as VISA, MASTERCARD, etc. (They must be accepted by PayPal or AlertPay)

Taxes on imported goods

Please note that all import taxes / duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay what you see on the checkout page, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.

Buythebest.eu will accept no responsibility for customs costs incurred.

Many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and goods below a certain stated value.

However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you’ve ordered from us arrive in your country.

You must ensure you find out about regulations in your own country before ordering from buythebest.eu. In most countries the actual origin of the goods is not important: only the declared value of the goods and declared contents is relevant.
Let us know if you have any special packing or labeling instructions when placing your order.

If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes (e.g. VAT in the UK) then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). Unfortunately we can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it.
